Email Address: user email address with @cox.net
User Name: The first part of your Cox email address, without @cox.net
Password: Email account password
Account Type: IMAP
Server name: imap.cox.net
Port number: 993 with SSL enabled and the authentication box checked, if available
Server name: smtp.cox.net
Check the Port number and use one of the following options: 587 with TLS enabled
465 with SSL enabled and the authentication box checked, if available

Using POP settings may cause issues with syncing email across all the user's devices. If the user uses POP settings then he or she needs to set the email client to Leave Messages on the Server
While using the setting Leave Messages on Server the users are recommended by the Cox team to regularly check the mailbox size to ensure that the user does not cross the mailbox storage limit
